I was among a few who believed that PSG football club didn't need Lionel Messi to win the Champions League because they have got very great players like Neymar, Mbappe, Di Maria and others in superb forms.

I also worried a bit that the inclusion of Messi in the team would limit opportunities for some players to feature at important soccer matches because you simply cannot ignore the BEST when you encounter them. They keep you curious always making you look forward to some magic whenever they partake in events.

With Lionel Messi, you cannot guess what the Rhythm of the game will look like but you could be certain that he would wow you whether he scores a goal or not.

I wish I could see him and ask him what makes him so spectacular. Maybe he will be modest to say he is just talented but we have seen many talents perform below expectations or perhaps I should ask Ndubisi Ekekwe how he manages to teach so well at the Tekedia institute.
